Refund & Cancellation Policy (for digital services)

1. No refunds for completed or delivered services

Once a service has been delivered—fully or partially—no refunds are issued. This includes: Web design, Web development, Hosting setup, Domain configuration, Technical support, Consulting sessions.

2. Refunds before work begins

If you request a cancellation before any work has started, you may be eligible for a partial refund. Administrative and processing fees may apply.

3. Deposits are non‑refundable

Deposits secure your project slot and are used to begin planning and preparation. They are not refundable under any circumstances.

4. No refunds for third‑party services

We cannot refund payments related to: Hosting, Domains, Premium plugins, Licenses, Email services (Brevo, Google Workspace, etc.). These are paid to external providers and follow their own policies.

5. Duplicate payments

If a payment is accidentally processed twice, we will issue a full refund of the duplicate charge.

6. Project cancellation by the client

If you cancel a project after work has begun: No refunds are issued for completed phases; Future phases not started may be refunded partially at our discretion.

7. Delivery issues

If you believe there is an issue with the service delivered, contact us within 7 days so we can review and resolve it.
